I am a post graduate qualified BACP registered Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with fifteen years experience. I work using the internal Family Systems and Intimacy from the Inside Out models, with a Humanist and Somatic core training. I work with many different life challenges, and over the years have specialised in trauma, complex trauma, relational trauma and shame. Supporting you to process what has happened to you and move on from your past to live your life fully. I work face to face or online with individuals, couples and groups.
Internal Family Systems offers a powerful way to work with and understand what is happening inside by identifying parts of our psyche, that are stuck in roles or hold painful beliefs about us. Eg, an inner critic or a part that avoids. Or a part that holds painful memories that keeps being activated, even though the event is past.
Identifying we might need some help takes courage and finding the right person can be daunting. I offer a free connecting call, to explore if we are a good match and how we might work together.
