About
Do you feel overwhelmed by your feelings? Do they impact on your confidence and day-to-day life? Or perhaps you have experienced painful losses, abuse or traumatic events that are affecting you? Do you have patterns of behaviour that no longer feel beneficial to you? Sometimes we think and act in certain ways that function to protect and preserve us. These have felt necessary in the past, but are no longer useful and can instead impact negatively on our life.
I can provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to help you to make sense of your thoughts, feelings and experiences and understand yourself better. We can look at underlying causes for your distress and explore ways to manage things differently to empower you to make changes you need in order to live a more fulfilling life.
It can feel daunting when you are looking for a counsellor, so I hope to make our first contact as comfortable as possible for you. You can email, text or call me - whatever works best for you. It is important that you find a counsellor who best suits your needs.
