About
If you feel you need to gain insight and self awareness, deal with current or historical difficulties, then I would be happy to discuss this in an initial appointment to decide whether my approach can help you. I have 40 years experience of therapeutic work with individuals, couples and groups, as well as training and supervising other practitioners both in training and qualified.
I have particular experience of working through issues of stress, trauma and anxiety. As well as helping my clients to gain understanding of current relationships and difficulties, I also have experience of mediation, debriefing.
Sometimes factors build up and we find it difficult to find a way forward, or make important choices about our futures. It is important to me to understand your world view and values to help you make decisions that are right for you and fit with your personal beliefs and priorities. If you feel stuck in issues related to your early life give me a call.
