I'm a queer nonbinary counsellor and I bring this lived experience to my practice. Seeking support can be a big decision, and I want to make this process feel as safe for you as possible. My work is rooted in an anti-oppressive stance, and my practice is always consent-led and trauma-informed. I have worked with a diverse range of clients and issues, and have specialist experience with the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities.
I am an integrative counsellor and build upon a person-centred foundation. This means I believe in your potential, and I tailor my approach to your needs. This will be a space just for you, where I’ll always be interested in what you bring. I’ll offer you both non-judgmental support and challenge, and work with you to guide you towards where you want to be.
