Sometimes it can be difficult to talk to family or friends about how you really feel, and you just need someone to talk to who is able to take their time to listen to you, without judgment. You may have experienced difficult, upsetting or traumatic life events, developed a health condition or disability, or maybe you just feel low or anxious and you’re not really sure why. Whatever your situation, some experiences and worries can create difficult emotions such as guilt, sadness, confusion, anger and low self-esteem, which I can help you to manage during our therapy work together.
