She is also dually credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor and is able to address mental health and substance use concerns as well. She obtained her degrees from UW-Whitewater and Concordia University.

Arianne Eichas is a Resident in Counseling who has years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families within the Department of Human Services, intensive in-home therapy, and residential facilities. Additionally, as a Master Level Clinician, Arianne has provided individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings. Arianne completed both her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Services and her Master of Science in Education (MSEd) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Old Dominion University.

Kara Tracy, an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), brings over 5 years of expertise in assisting adolescents and adults in navigating through diverse life challenges, including trauma, adolescent out-of-home placement, life transitions, depression, anxiety, infertility, grief/pregnancy loss, and substance addiction. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Mary Baldwin University and her Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health from Capella University.

Nathan works with clients with acute stressors, including trauma, depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideations, as well as clients who are hoping to improve their baseline wellness and overall emotional and behavioral functioning. He is passionate about empowering client to work toward goals that they identify for themselves using a variety of clinical tools and coping skills, including CBT, EMDR, ACT, CCPT, and DBT skills.
