My current focus utilizes aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I'm EMDR trained and Gottman level 1 certified . With a somatic lens and trauma informed approach I enjoy working with clients experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, sexuality, relationship issues, and trauma.

I have experience working with families, veterans, hospice patients and their families, trauma, the houseless population, folks experiencing discrimination, on the behavioral health unit, and the birthing population. I am specialty trained in Perinatal Mental Health. I love working with folks who are feeling at their lowest and accompanying them back to solid ground.

I also have extensive experience working with teens and children with autism and learning difficulties, as well as those who struggle to cope with their strong and changing emotions.
