I enjoy working with adults navigating obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, anger, trauma, substance abuse, life transitions, and relationship issues. I believe in individualized care and will work with you to identify the best therapeutic direction. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I approach therapy with an understanding that each person’s path to wellness is unique. I value building a safe, curious, and nonjudgmental relationship to encourage vulnerability and growth. My approach to working with clients is warm, empathetic, and I am a believer in some humor along the way.
I hope to assist you in navigating thoughts, emotions, beliefs, relationships, circumstances, or patterns of behavior that have interfered with your sense of well-being.
