I've worked with clients from all walks of life, primarily teens, and young adults. My current focus utilizes aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I'm EMDR trained and Gottman level 1 certified . With a somatic lens and trauma informed approach I enjoy working with clients experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, sexuality, relationship issues, and trauma.

I’m passionate about using a strengths-based approach to support clients in building confidence and resilience in the face of life’s stressors. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore challenges, process their experiences, and integrate new skills into their everyday lives.
