I started Lifeline CMS to help bring healing to those suffering with depression, anxiety and related mood disorders. I have experience in multiple therapeutic settings including schools, private practice, foster care, family court system, and multiple service lines in a large hospital and medical institution. I focus on treating patients with evidence-based and integrative psycho-therapy models in individual, marriage and family, and group sessions as well as educational presentations and trainings. My goal is to guide you to build the skills you need to take back control of your mental and emotional health.

I work with adults and couples who are going through life transitions. Struggling with anxiety and/or depression, grief, interpersonal relationship issues? I strive to create a safe place that provides compassion, genuineness, and an opportunity for change for each individual.

Striving to be excellent at all the things has become a lot to carry on your own and with all the "great things" going on in your life, it has become really difficult to admit how overwhelming it can be in your head. Work is stressful, your family and friends don't really understand and well, you're having some imposter syndrome and your spouse or lack there of is another conversation. It's so much. Almost too much. You just want to make sense of it and turn down some of the noise in your head. Maybe find a way to not feel so heavy all the time.

You feel like a fuck-up. It's exhausting. You just want to be liked and loved, but it seems like there must be something wrong with you. It feels like you're never quite good enough. You always feel guilty or anxious or angry. You're so tired of feeling this way. You want to be able to have fulfilling relationships. You want to feel like you matter, like you are loved, like you are someone to be proud of. It's ok. I like you. You are safe with me. We can work through this together. You don't have to feel like this forever.

Therapy is not magic, it does not provide a quick fix. Therapy is hard, but it is worthwhile and good. My passion is working with clients who crave more fulfillment and balance in their personal and professional lives as well as helping couples who feel disconnected, dissatisfied or discouraged. I help individuals and couples learn to be more relational while exploring different ways of navigating challenges by utilizing skills that are practical, accessible, effective and sustainable. It often feels easier to stay stuck than to push ourselves into greater levels of growth and connection. My goal is to help clients overcome "feeling stuck" in order to build closer, more secure relationships and lead meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Casey is an LPC, RPT, Certified School Counselor, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy certified, and Reiki trained and has over 20 years of experience in the mental health industry. She specializes in anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, LGBTQIA+, transgender, gender identity, suicide ideation, grief, religious trauma, mood disorders, Post-Partum Depression, fertility, and all life transitions. Therapy may seem daunting with unknowns, but Casey believes it can be a place to unwind, cry, laugh, and to feel all of your emotions. Life can be so exciting and fun, and you will begin to see and experience it on your terms.

Stuck? Lost? Broken? If what you are trying isn’t working I would love to work with you to promote change. I see people ages 3 to 103 for struggles in their family relationships, medical trauma, previous abuse, self harm, behavior difficulties, and whatever else comes up along the way. I’m a registered play therapist with years of experience in trauma of all sorts, including medical trauma. Additionally I focused my research in graduate school on siblings of chronically ill children as they often by necessity have less time with their parents which can have a variety of outcomes similar to chronic trauma.

I’m a Licensed clinical professional counselor and "licensed mental health counselor that provides group, individual, and family therapy sessions to people struggling with alcohol or drug problems. I am a mental health service provider, trained to work with individuals, families, and groups in treating mental, behavioral, and emotional problems and disorders.
