About
Many of us have experience challenges in life. Life’s difficulties can leave us feeling sad, anxious, and alone. I am here to welcome you into a space where you can process these difficulties. Collaboratively, we will explore your unique history and build skills that will help to increase your well-being.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds who experience depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adjustment concerns, self-esteem, trauma, issues of spirituality, and minority stress. I also have experience in working with and advocating for the LGBTQ+ community.
I am passionate about helping clients develop increased self-awareness and resilience. We will work collaboratively to develop goals that allow you to lead a life that is deeply fulfilling. I would be honored to be a part of your journey. I am available Monday-Friday with some evening appointments available. Please contact me to schedule a free consultation.
