Using a collaborative, compassionate approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with person-centered care, we'll build practical coping skills, change unhelpful patterns, and work toward lasting confidence, resilience, and well-being.
During our first session, we'll get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. You can share at your own pace in a supportive, judgment-free space. I'll ask questions to better understand your concerns, background, and strengths so we can identify goals and create a plan that supports your growth.
