I see clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, career decisions, life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, chronic illness, adoption, conflict, attachment needs, and relationship difficulties. I tend to draw upon CBT, ACT, DBT, attachment-based therapy, MI, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, EFT, and IFS, and I welcome your input throughout the process. Each individual's experience is different, and I believe a person-centered approach is vital to a successful therapeutic process.
