My practice specializes in treating trauma among Active Duty service members, veterans, and law enforcement. In addition, we utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EFT, SFT, and EMDR for individuals, couples, and families. In-person and Telehealth counseling is provided to our clients. They may develop problems like depression or anxiety as a result of stressors. Or, they may turn towards abusing substances as a way to change how they feel.
