I am integrative in technique using a holistic psychoanalytic lens. Holistic, meaning we tap into Functional/Integrative Medicine principals to apply other basic pillars of health to treatment. I have helped people dealing with childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, symptoms of ADHD, to name a few and have seen significant improvement with my patients.
I specialize in walking with my patients along a path of exploration to seek understanding about themselves and their lives.
