Within a supportive, validating, and safe therapeutic relationship, we will work together to explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace, and in a manner, that feels most comfortable to you. I provide individualized therapy based on your needs and preferences, so that you are able to come as you are to each session. I welcome feedback along the way and alter my approach to best fit each client. Our sessions will help you heal and process past traumas and develop healthy coping strategies, while also discussing present challenges and relationships as we work towards your goals in a caring, understanding and empathetic space.
I work with children, teens, adults and families with a focus on relationships, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem and trauma. I am additionally versed in working with neurodivergent individuals and their families. I use a psychodynamic approach with CBT techniques incorporated, including use of mindfulness and somatic practices if it seems fit.
