I'm an immigrant, mother, military spouse and woman...and those things alone make me unique. I am an unconventional therapist that can break things down in simple terms rather than clinical jargon, while still providing therapeutic support. A lot of times we steer away from therapy because it feels like a place of judgement and vulnerability that we're not ready for. My goal is to help my clients feel comfortable and supported as we work together. Anyone can come and talk for one hour a week, but the real effort and magic happens when you're able to take the information learned in therapy and add it to your everyday life.

I'm passionate about facilitating a safe space, particularly for BIPOC clients and those navigating pregnancy or parenthood.
Are you feeling stretched thin between the demands of your work and relationships? Or perhaps you're feeling disconnected from yourself and the things in your life that once brought you joy. I focus on helping clients reconnect with themselves so that they can clarify their goals and take intentional steps towards them. I have a particular interest in trauma-informed care and therapeutic approaches that honor the whole person in order to support long-term growth. I often work with high-performing professionals who may also be navigating the nuances of the parenting journey.

Becoming a mother is beautiful and exciting! It might also feel overwhelming, full of worry, and even lonely. It truly is all the things. Let me help you make sense of it and find balance. I'm passionate about helping new (and not so new!) moms be their best selves, whoever that might be, now that a little one has entered the chat. Women's experiences are often overlooked and minimized. Not here. Let's be honest about the suck, so we can relish in the joy.

You have lost yourself in motherhood. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You want to get off this Merry-go-round of over-stimulation and overwhelm.

Anxiety, depression, anger, and low self-esteem are issues that can be overwhelming. I help clients to identify the factors that contribute to these issues, and then assist in formulating a plan to reduce the symptoms and resolve the problems. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment to address these concerns. Additionally, I am experienced in working with individuals and couples struggling with relationships and/or parenting. Parenting can be wonderful, but also extremely challenging. Relationships can falter. These situations can bring up unexpected thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to share with friends and family.

Are your needs always at the bottom of your to-do list? Do you wonder if life should feel better—happier? Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and uncertain about how to manage life’s challenges. Ignoring your needs and not taking time for yourself can lead to long-term issues for both your mind and body. But it doesn’t have to be this hard. I believe living a better life should be within reach. This is why I founded Be Well Therapy Collective, a group practice specializing in lasting love through individual therapy, couples therapy, and maternal mental health.

Now I combine my clinical training, my personal experience, and my professional experience, to help my clients through fertility diagnosis/treatment, pregnancy after infertility, when to stop treatment, and adjusting to childfree life.
Fertility issues can be so lonely, whether it's struggling to conceive, having miscarriages, or having to terminate for medical reasons. Everyone around you seems to get (and stay!) pregnant whenever they want, and if one more person tells you to "just relax and it will happen" you may lose it. Thinking about how to get pregnant takes over everything, your entire identity, and you don't even feel like yourself anymore. Focusing at work, seeing friends, and sex for fun feel impossible. And if you struggled with your mental health before infertility, anxiety and depression are probably off the charts right about now.

As a perinatal therapist, with additional training and experience in supporting sexual and relationship challenges, I focus on the ways pregnancy, birth, and parenthood can impact identity, function, and relationship.
Change is rarely easy. Whether you are changing jobs, changing relationship status, transitioning into parenthood, changing your identity, or facing some other big life transition, you do not have to do it alone. Often change comes with anxiety or even depression; sometimes we pursue change because of trauma or can be traumatized by the process; having someone to listen, witness, and support your growth may make the difference between surviving and thriving through the journey of change.

My work centers on mothers and women throughout adulthood, from singleness, to infertility to perinatal transitions to menopause.
I often begin with CBT to offer practical tools, and integrate Narrative Therapy to deepen understanding. I also draw on ACT and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet individual needs. These approaches are grounded in the Holding modality, which is the foundation of my practice.
