Hi! I’m Makayla from City and Shore Counseling. We offer Telehealth services to adults in Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island. With a down-to-earth approach, we offer a wide array of services to ensure personal growth and a better quality of life, all from the comforts of your home. We believe that the most important part of therapy is the relationship between client and counselor. We pride ourselves on being a safe, inclusive, judgement free space.
Our various experience includes but is not limited to working with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, maternal health, relationship problems, self-esteem, and everyday stressors. Together we will work on strategies to help you cope with stressors, boost your mood, and improve your overall emotional health.
