I’m so glad you’re here! Are you feeling overwhelmed by daily life stresses, relationship issues, or recent changes? Do you want to start to feel better soon? There are many aspects of our lives, our stories, our families, and our circumstances that we may not have chosen and may not be able to change. However, there ARE ways to work through these very important aspects of our lives. Therapy is a wonderful and fulfilling way to do just that. I provide services for life transitions, anxiety, depression, marital and premarital therapy, trying to conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum experiences, and other mental health concerns.
I maintain an all-virtual (telehealth) private practice and provide therapy to both individuals and couples. I am comfortable with a variety of presenting concerns for individuals, as well as a specialty focus of marital and premarital couples therapy. I have completed Level II training in the Gottman Method, an evidenced-based approach to couples therapy.
I strive to achieve authenticity across interactions. By bringing my true self into the therapeutic space, it encourages clients to do the same, fostering a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences. The combination of warmth, authenticity, and a sprinkle of humor in therapy provides a foundation for personal transformation.
