I am currently offering video and phone based therapy to those in need. As mental health is an essential service, I am continuing to work with individuals and families during this unprecedented time. I am also continuing to offer psychological assessment services and can also offer much of my services via video telehealth. For most individuals, video or phone based sessions will be helpful to address their needs. Depending on circumstance, I am also able to meet with individuals in my office, so long as they are healthy and following CDC guidelines on washing hands, keeping distance, and covering their face.

To me, an ideal client is anyone who is willing to open themselves to change. I have a great deal of experience treating depression and anxiety in clients of all ages. I like to work with a variety of modalities in addition to talk therapy, like expressive arts and dream work.
