I have a deep respect for the dignity of the individual, with their unique cultural, religious/spiritual beliefs, and sexual orientation. In addition to in office sessions,I am currently using securely encrypted video conferencing, so am able to serve clients in all of Georgia.

I believe there is always hope for change and to be the person you were born to be. It is never too late to move in a different direction, to redirect negative thinking, change behaviors, and to empower oneself to overcome suffering and move into a better present. My approach is a holistic therapeutic approach, which involves understanding the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. By healing the past self, along with understanding and accepting your present self; the path opens to become your authentic future self. Together we can weave a healing process to assist you to become who were always meant to be.

I started my career as a therapist at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and if there is one thing I learned from that time it's that, more often than not, it's not you- it's the system.
