I am a certified EMDR therapist and use trauma focused, mindfulness, and Jungian oriented approaches to help people process trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and reestablish their connection to their core Self. I love working with immigrants and those seeking to find their sense of home, belonging and balance amidst cultural and personal challenges.
