I am an Executive Coach specializing in Corporate Psychology. I help C-Suite Level Executives, Senior Managers, high ranking military personnel, senior government officials, elite and professional athletes, and professional artists remove their performance blocks, improve professional performance and reach their maximum potentials. I use a variety of Evidence Based methods to accomplish goals, to include Executive Coaching and EMDR for performance enhancement, and ADHD coaching. I offer services in the Triangle, and virtually. I am a general psychologist (PhD) and a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC), originally from Berlin, Germany, with over 15 years of experience in individual and marriage counseling. I specialize in depression, anxiety, anger, bipolar disorder, deployment stress (for spouses), new mom, trauma (PTSD), and marital conflict (communication issues, healing from any type of infidelity, etc.). I served as the Regional Director of the Licensed Clinical Counselor's of North Carolina (LCCNC 2009-2023) and occasionally also teach psychology courses to my wonderful students.

I work with motivated individuals seeking relief from chronic pain as well as reduced stress and anxiety in their personal lives or at work. Chronic pain conditions that I treat include but are not limited to neck and back pain, headaches, pelvic pain, IBS, tinnitus, and fibromyalgia.

Sometimes even everyday life begins to feel overwhelming. The unfortunate reality is that we cannot always control what happens in our lives. We can, however, choose how we respond to the difficult things that occur. I believe that all of us have the ability to grow and to make positive, lasting change in our lives. My role as therapist is to help facilitate this process.
