My professional life has been consistently focused on serving those in need. Following graduation from the U of M school of social work I focused extensively in substance use therapy with both adolescents and adults. I have found there is no greater satisfaction than helping others seek peace and achieve sobriety. Our founder was selected prestigiously as a University of Michigan field faculty instructor. We are a Mental Health Therapy office. Our founder has a Master's Degree from the number one school in clinical social work in the United States of America; the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and was clinically trained as a social worker psychotherapist by the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Michigan Health System, where she also conducted research on a variety of mental health issues and continue to work with communities and groups of diverse backgrounds.

I provide the following services to those whom need, individual, couple, family and group therapy for the following mental health issues, Depression, PTSD, Anxiety disorders, grief and loss and case management with your psychiatrist, if you take medication and need it to be manage for example. I also, provide treatment for those whom are suffering from alcoholism and drugs.

I am limited licensed psychologist who provides therapy to adults across the state of Michigan. I have over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist working with issues such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationships, family issues and parenting, life skills and changes, trauma, loss / grief, as well as chronic or terminal illness. With support , encouragement, and expert insight, therapy can be the place you grow, the place you heal, or the place you learn to accept you.

Client needs are my FIRST priority. I am a specialist in evidence-based treatments (EBT), which radically improves my client's success rates, increases effectiveness of treatment, and gets results quickly. The majority of my client's report improvements, within the first session: life-functioning (work- home-school-relationships) and report immediate reduction in symptoms. Reducing anxiety/panic, decreasing depression, developing stronger coping strategies to stress and balancing mood dysregulation are my specialty, as symptoms can result from adjustment challenges to sudden life changes: parenthood/divorce/grief/college.
