Our founder was selected prestigiously as a University of Michigan field faculty instructor. We are a Mental Health Therapy office. Our founder has a Master's Degree from the number one school in clinical social work in the United States of America; the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and was clinically trained as a social worker psychotherapist by the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Michigan Health System, where she also conducted research on a variety of mental health issues and continue to work with communities and groups of diverse backgrounds.

Our office provides a wide range of therapy types to fit your individual needs. We specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); DBT; psychodynamic; interpersonal; EMDR and grief interventions. We have a wide range of treatment expertise such as: mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, ADD, ADHD, prenatal, postpartum, parenting, and grief.

Our offices are designed for patient comfort; we want you to feel at home. We also offer tele-therapy if you prefer receiving care at the comfort of your home.

Mothers of School Age Children Support Group

Learn how to: set boundaries, communicate needs, manage “mom guilt,” navigate anxiety, nurture friendships, and prioritize self care. Connect with other moms of young children who are balancing work, childcare, relationships, schools, and more! We’ll help you create a supportive community of peers to turn to for compassion, understanding, and resource sharing.
