Laura has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications specializing in Journalism from Norfolk State University. She has earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Special Education also from Norfolk State University. She has earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Nova Southeastern University. She also received a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Services Counseling: Marriage & Family from Liberty University.

She specializes in treating concerns or conditions related to difficult life transitions, domestic violence, parenting difficulties, family conflict, sexual assault, grief, stress, loss, low self-esteem, depression, and more. Elana earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York College-Brockport and her Master of Social Work from the State University of New York-Albany.
