Sharon Adams, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker and the owner of Stone City Counseling, Inc. Together with her team of highly trained and compassionate therapists, they have dozens of years of experience treating all ages and a wide range of mental health concerns. Sharon and her team value, above all, warmth, safety, connection, and non judgement in helping people explore their strengths, challenges, values, and goals and to ultimately achieve the lives they want. Sharon's team has a passion for helping people overcome shame, fear, and insecurity and reach their purpose and a true sense of acceptance and belonging.

Emily Grimwood is board-certified by the Behavioral Health and Human Sciences Licensing Board as a licensed clinical social worker. Emily received her bachelor's in psychology from Purdue University in 2016 and master's in social work from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in 2018. Emily has experience providing therapy services in an outpatient setting to individuals of all ages and from different backgrounds. She is a certified dialectical behavioral therapist and uses techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing as well as Theraplay-based principles.

I provide counseling to teens (age 15 on up) ,adults and couples for a variety of issues regarding both mental health and addiction concerns. With over 46 years of experience I have a wide array of training and certifications to meet needs you may have. I practice in Indiana, Wisconsin (virtually), Arizona (virtually) and California ( virtually). I work with both mental health and substance abuse patients/ My focus is on practical, usable skills to help you get results as soon as possible.

I have a waitlist. If you are in a life crisis, a life shift, need behavioral changes, feel "stuck" or if you have found yourself in "transition" where life is demanding you adjust, I would be honored to assist you on your journey. I have a deep respect for the strength, resilience, and depth of people and am passionate about assisting with healing and authentic growth. My style is collaborative and integrates a variety of counseling approaches including; cognitive, behavioral, interpersonal, educational, supportive and spiritual.

My mental health knowledge base is derived from crisis care in the busiest emergency department in Indiana, residential treatment facilities, partial hospitalization programs, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization programs and traditional outpatient therapy settings. I now work independently and am happy to share office space at New Perspectives of Indiana. I focus on working with both adolescent and adult patients who are living and struggling with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and interpersonal related issues.

Deanna Miller is a licensed independent social worker with 22 years of experience. She earned a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Wyoming. She has experience as a therapist working with adults in various settings including: hospitals, inpatient/outpatient psychiatric units, community based, and long-term care facilities. In the past, she has served as a Clinical Supervisor and Regional Manager for several organizations including Lifestance. She provides individual therapy for adults using a virtual platform.

Kristen Blikken, LCSW Kristen Blikken is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana who started practicing in 2014. She has a Master of Social Work. Kristen believes in helping individuals meet their maximum protentional by providing support and necessary tools to do so. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys listening to live music, traveling, kayaking, spending time with family/friends/loved ones, taking care of her cats, and binge-watching TV series.

Heather Metzger is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana, who has been practicing since 2014 and working in the social work field since 2010. She graduated from University of Southern Indiana with a Master of Social Work Degree. Heather believes in utilizing a strengths-based perspective along with creative techniques to empower others to grow, heal, and achieve as whole people. It is important to her to acknowledge and respect the individuality of others as their unique selves and their ability to use self-determination as a catalyst for change.

Jen Gregory is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She is uniquely trained to provide advanced specialty medical care with a dual emphasis on intervention through both psychopharmacology (medication management) and psychotherapy to promote optimal mental health across the lifespan. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University in 1996 and began her career as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, which is where her advocacy began for ensuring that mental health be integrated into each persons individualized, holistic care.

Anne Conley-Goldstein, PhD Dr. Conley-Goldstein is a Clinical Child Psychologist. She earned her bachelor? s degree from Earlham College with a major in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. She earned her master? s and doctorial degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology. Dr. Conley-Goldstein has focused her education, training and work experience on children, adolescents and families for over 20 years and is fluent in Spanish. She has been a member of the American Psychological Association since 1996 and a member of the Indiana Psychological Association since 2005.

At Choose Joy, there is not a once size fits all approach. My goal is to value each client for what they can bring to the sessions. Working together, the client will set their own goals.

I have over 25 years of clinical experience and specialize in treating women's issues, such as: post-partum depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship and career issues. My experience as a childbirth educator has enhanced my ability to treat the needs of post-partum women as they transition into motherhood. This journey is one that is often met with unexpected emotions and I help women identify these feelings so they can resolves issues that may complicate parenthood. I recognize the impact of pregnancy loss as well, and help my clients process through this very unique kind of grief.

Hello, I am Kathryn Sutton. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 14 years of experience treating adolescents and adults. I am an EMDR therapist. I have advanced training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I have treated depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and trauma to name a few. I also work with concerns regarding family conflicts and situational stressors. I am a member and volunteer for Postpartum Support International and I am certified in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

When most people are seeking a therapist, they are looking for someone they “click” with. I get it. Reaching out for help, whether it's walking in to a therapists office or over the phone or through the internet is a big step and takes courage. Everyone needs to feel when they do so that the person they have chosen to help them fits with them and their needs well. I couldn’t agree more. Therapy is a relationship. When life is hard, and it can be frequently, you want someone to address the struggles and challenges you face everyday. You want someone who gets you, that is relateable and you feel is qualified to help get you there!

I have experience working with grief/loss, sadness/depression, anxiety/stress, trauma, anger issues, addictions, ADHD and individuals and families in transition. I enjoy working with a variety of individuals that are looking to find freedom from the issues that are currently holding them back in life. My primary hope is to help individuals and families to find wholeness, freedom and encouragement as they move through their life journey.

Deborah Hodson is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana who has been practicing since 1992. She received a Master's of Science degree from Indiana State University in the area of Agency Counseling. Ms. Hodson is a National Certified Counselor, Master Addictions Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana, Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois, and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor in the state of Indiana. Ms. Hodson has more than 30 years in the field, working with various populations within MI and Addictions.

My passion is leading adults in how to heal from their trauma, whether it be from childhood or recent.
