My training, experiences, and interest is in grief, loss & depression, anxiety & panic, trauma, emotional & relationship distress, life adjustments, transitions & "dark nights of the soul", substance abuse & compulsions, emotional regulation, women's issues, and effective communication skills training. I graduated from IU - Counseling & Psychology program.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), certified by the NBCC (National Board of Certified Counselors), an integrative mental health provider, and a Star Behavioral Health Provider for the US Military. I am a Reiki Master and a reader/book fanatic.
