I bring to the table over 20 years of experience and research in one single disorder, ADHD. My previous role as an ADHD Coach helping individuals, couples, and families has now transitioned into a new role in psychotherapy as a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in ADHD. I also offer formal ADHD diagnostic testing for children and adults. My ADHD treatment emphasizes education on ADHD and strategies designed to manage symptoms. Challenges within relationships are also a focus, especially to strengthen relationships affected by ADHD.
