One of the most tragic stories of our time is how men’s emotional worlds have been dismissed. You want to connect with your loved ones, but no one ever showed you how. Maybe you’ve tried to open up, only to be misunderstood or met with conflict. You’d do anything for your family—it’s a drive you feel in your bones. You carry more inside than you show—even to yourself. Real strength grows from tenderness, self-understanding, and emotional honesty.

Experiencing grief, loss, or trauma can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by emotions that seem impossible to navigate. Whether it's the death of a loved one, the impact of past trauma, or the challenging process of life transitions, these moments can create deep emotional and physical pain. If you're facing such a journey, I want you to know that you don't have to go through it alone.
As a therapist with extensive experience in grief, loss, and trauma, my goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space for you to begin to feel whole.

You might feel stuck in patterns that keep repeating—overthinking decisions, feeling anxious in relationships, or carrying experiences that still shape how you see yourself. I work with young adults and women navigating identity, relationships, and life direction. Many are college-aged or early in adulthood, while others are women in their 30s and 40s facing relationship shifts, changing roles, or questioning what they want next. Many are thoughtful, capable women who appear to have it together but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected inside.

Life transitions and relationships can be both beautiful and difficult. Everyone deserves a safe space to share and explore their thoughts and feelings. Often through reflection, when we allow ourselves to slow down and notice what we are experiencing in the moment, true self discovery and capacity from within can be found and cultivated. With compassion and openness I walk along side my clients as they work towards relief and resolution. I utilize a blend of traditional therapy approaches along with experiential modalities such as Brainspotting, Mindfulness exercises, and Guided Visualizations to tailor the therapeutic experience.

Pause for a moment—take a breath. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
If you’ve been wondering whether therapy might be right for you, you’re not alone. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I believe meaningful work happens when your space is intentionally tailored to you—your experiences, your goals, and your pace. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in curiosity, helping you explore not just what you’re struggling with, but why. I work with individuals ages 11 and up who are navigating anxiety/stress, depression, life transitions, and questions around identity or loss of self.

Let’s be real: Life can feel like a lot. Between navigating relationships, overthinking texts, battling burnout, and trying to figure out what "self-care" actually means (spoiler: it’s not just face masks and bubble baths), it’s easy to feel like everything is just too much. That’s where I come in.

I believe our life experiences shape who we are and determine how we interpret and respond to the world around us. Sometimes, our experiences can leave us feeling isolated, anxious, or unworthy. Life can feel hard and seeking help can feel scary. You are not alone.

I am passionate about meeting people right where they are emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I consider it a great privilege to work with individuals and families during formative years of growth and transition. My goal is to provide a safe environment that is both supportive and challenging.

Some marriages don’t fall apart — they slowly grow apart. Many established couples I work with still love each other but no longer feel deeply connected. Conversations repeat. Intimacy feels strained. Emotional safety decreases. You worry this quiet disconnection could become permanent — but you’re not ready to give up.
