NOTE: (I work exclusively with adult females). Trauma is part of life. The lasting pain of sexual or physical abuse is obvious, but the subtlety of an emotionally neglectful or spiritually abusive upbringing often has similar outcomes of self-blaming and deep shame. It's by no mistake that my practice is called Likewise; I've struggled through the healing process, and I still get stuck. But I do the work because I value my option to thrive, and am keenly aware that my decision to do so affects those connected to me. Through my experience, I have worked with clients regarding a range of co-occurring disorders involving substance use, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and other mood/personality disorders. I have predominantly worked with adult men of many diverse backgrounds but am open to working with other populations as well. In addition, I have over 450 hours of clinical experience in working with criminal-justice involved individuals.
