Hi there, I'm Rebecca! I have been a clinical therapist for eight years, practicing in Colorado, Illinois, and Wisconsin. I most often work with clients who are managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and ADHD; as well as those experiencing recent life changes and navigating stress management.

Bakir Abushhiwa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has been practicing in Wisconsin since 2017. He graduated from Santa Clara University in California with a MA in Counseling Psychology. He has been serving people across the life span, and has a passion for working with individuals, families and couples. He believes that each individual is unique, as are the problems they encounter. His practice is rooted in evidence based therapies and he works actively to tailor the course of care to the needs of those he serves.

Brittany worked with patients, family members who are dealing with end of life care plans and goals, struggling and/or in crisis during their stay at the center, transition into adulthood, depression, imposter syndrome.

Shannon is dually licensed to provide services for those struggling with mental health and/or substance use disorders and has been practicing in the field since 2013. Her areas of clinical specialization and experience include working with addictive behaviors/misuse; mood and anxiety disorders; personality disorders; trauma and PTSD; CODA/enmeshment struggles; life transitions; college/young adult struggles; and the athlete population. Far too often, our past trauma has trained us to mask our core selves. Shannon helps her clients to recognize, explore, and find compassion for these masks to connect with one's true self.
