I have extensive training working with individuals who struggle with a range of anxiety symptoms, and diagnoses especially trauma. In my years of practice, I have noticed that many clients lack trust in themselves and the ability to find a positive sense of self. People just want to understand themselves and become more comfortable with how they handle daily life stressors and others. To achieve this goal individuals need support with recognizing triggers and utilizing appropriate coping skills to reduce the negative responses to those triggers.

I am a LPCC with experience with Substance Use Disorder . I accept Mental Health only clients as well as those with Dual Diagnosis. Most often I explore with my clients to find the destructive elements in their lives. Together we then form a practice that becomes constructive and effective for the desired changes.

As a Psychologist, for 20 years I have enjoyed working with adults, adolescents, couples and families. Over the years I have learned that the single most important aspect to productive therapy is having a trusting, empathic connection with your therapist. Additionally, it is important that your therapist is highly skilled, appropriately trained and experienced. Finding the right therapist is very important, therefore I always encourage people to investigate several options in order to find that supportive, genuine and safe connection that is right for them.
