I offer short term, solution focused work while exploring resolution for long term struggles. We can explore using DBT, ACT, EFT, Internal Family Systems, somatic experiencing, and phase oriented therapy, as well as many other well known approaches. If spirituality is a focus of yours, we can utilize that, too. Safe and Sound Protocol and ART also utilized.
Things I hear the most: creating a safe space, comfortable to talk to, not feeling judged, accepting people as they are, including flaws; helping to look at things differently, helping to find options, people feeling supported to make decisions on their own. In other words, providing practical approaches that can help you cope on a daily basis.
