I believe all of us have been designed with what we need to heal from our past hurts/traumas. However, we all can sometimes get stuck. This is where therapy can help by guiding you in developing and utilizing the strengths and resources you were designed with. You do not need to have a “major disorder” to benefit from seeing a therapist. Whether it is stress, family/parenting problems, past trauma(s), anxiety, depression, and/or something else, your story matters. Our bodies and brains are wonderfully made to heal, grow, and change so we can live our story today with intentionality, resilience, and healthy relationships.
