My ideal client is someone who longs to become more aware of themselves, curious about what feelings/lack there of you may experience, open to working through active mental health struggles, such as self-confidence, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and more.

My clients range in age, from teens to older adults, each with a unique voice and story. With all my clients, I aim to build a relationship built on trust and warmth so that everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. My clients are navigating challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, physical illness, life transitions, school stress, relationship changes, perinatal distress, and more. These stressors in life can be exhausting and can leave anyone with a sense of being stuck. In our sessions together, we will sort through these challenges, find meaning, and new paths forward.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have experience (and enjoy!) working with clients of all ages. I regularly work with children as young as 4, adolescents, college-age clients, and adults alike. I am equipped to help clients who are experiencing symptoms related to depression, anxiety, anger, ADHD, self-esteem, body image, eating habits/behaviors, divorce, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, relationships, behavioral concerns, sexuality and gender exploration (LGBTQIA+), academic or school issues, and phase of life adjustment or transitions.
