As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have experience (and enjoy!) working with clients of all ages. I regularly work with children as young as 4, adolescents, college-age clients, and adults alike. I am equipped to help clients who are experiencing symptoms related to depression, anxiety, anger, ADHD, self-esteem, body image, eating habits/behaviors, divorce, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, relationships, behavioral concerns, sexuality and gender exploration (LGBTQIA+), academic or school issues, and phase of life adjustment or transitions.
I use an individualized approach to best suit the client’s needs and will use a combination of treatment modalities including Person-Centered Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work diligently to facilitate a strong therapeutic bond and create a safe, nonjudgmental space for my clients to learn and grow.
I support collaboration with parents and other professionals to effectively achieve goals and facilitate change for my clients.
