My passion in life is helping others find peace, acceptance, healing, and gratitude. In today’s world, no one goes unscathed. It’s easy to lose sight of ourselves and deny how our lived experiences deeply impact us/who we are. Part of our work is leaning into this reality, learning how to be aware of our feelings, and recognizing ways we lose ourselves and contact with the world around us. I am here with a flashlight to find YOURself, YOUR truth, what support(s) might be helpful, setting boundaries for non-helpful interactions and conversations, while we lean into find the best way to validate what brings you JOY and feel ALIVE.
As a Gestalt therapist, we work together to identify your strengths, needs, and healing. The essence of Gestalt is present-centered awareness and personal responsibility; additionally, Gestalt is leaning into being fully aware of one's thoughts, feelings, and actions in the here and now, as well as taking responsibility for one's choices and experiences.
I invite clients to focus on here/now, recognizing best opportunities for growth involve staying tuned-in w present self. The past informs us; tomorrow is unknown, & being gentle w oneself today is critical. I invite you to think outside the box by staying present, as well as remaining engaged in working together through gamuts of MH issues, trauma, etc.

I am leaning into forming a general support virtual group for those discharging after hospitalization or other higher level of care discharges to extend time to connect, continue moving forward after difficult time, a space to discuss mental health dxes and how to reintegrate into life after treatment. As of right now, looking to see if there is interest in this and then figure out all details and pass on to all. Currently Virtual w possible in-person periodically, TBD in Spring.
