Monique M. Chouraeshkenazi, Ph.D., Psy.D., MSCP, is an author, neuropsychometrician, professor, writer, and professional speaker. She is the Founder and CEO of The Chouraeshkenazi Group, a veteran-owned company specializing in research and education, consulting, and mental health evaluative services. She is an independent contractor as Chief Neuropsychometrician and Clinical Psychology Resident at Prince William Family Counseling and Woodbridge Therapy Group in Northern Virginia. She provides neuropsychological, psychoeducational, psychological, medical, and forensic evaluation services.

Dr. Chouraeshkenazi is also an Associate Professor of Psychology in biopsychology and cognitive psychology at American Military University. As a scientist, researcher, and educator, she specializes in forensic neuropsychopathology. She previously taught at AMU as an Associate Professor for Homeland and National Security in the School of Security and Global Studies and as an adjunct.

In addition to teaching and consulting, Dr. Chouraeshkenazi is a former Technical Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force with a little over 13 years working in the Cyber Security/Knowledge Operations and Security Management fields. She had a dual role in antiterrorism and security positions earlier in her career. One of her most prominent and distinguished positions was serving as the Chief Special Security Officer for one of the largest intelligence units in the Combat Air Force and Enlisted Military Assistant and Noncommissioned Officer in Charge to the Deputy Secretary of Defense for Secretaries, the late Dr. Ashton N. Carter, Ms. Christine Fox, and Mr. Robert Work. She was also the former Military Executive Assistant to Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization Director LTG John Johnson.

Dr. Chouraeshkenazi is a former certified Level II Antiterrorism Instructor with various certifications in information assurance, security, antiterrorism, and force protection. She earned an AAS in Information Management from the Community College of the Air Force, a BA in Homeland Security from American Military University, an MS in Criminal Justice from Boston University, a career diploma in Private Investigation from Penn Foster College, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration degree program with a specialization in Terrorism, Mediation, and Peace from Walden University. Also, as a scholarship recipient scholar, she earned an MA in Psychology from AMU and a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology specializing in Forensic Neuropsychopathology from California Southern University. In 2023, Dr. Chouraeshkenazi graduated as a Fellow Scholarship recipient with an MS in Clinical Psychopharmacology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
