Carolyn Sharp, LICSW, is a relationship expert and psychotherapist based in Seattle, Washington. Carolyn helps individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of relationships and personal development. She is also the founder and facilitator of Secure Connections Retreats.

After eight years of serving traumatized children and families in public mental health as a therapist and clinical director, Carolyn opened her private practice in 2005. Her approach integrates mindfulness, family systems, psychobiological, and psychodynamic techniques that empower couples to strengthen their bonds and navigate relationship challenges with confidence.
