I love to work with people who are motivated to change. You might not know exactly what needs to change, but perhaps you have a vague feeling something better is out there. In my experience, new motivation or working harder is rarely what is needed. What we usually do need is to find a way to have relationships that are as soft, safe and connected as possible.
I work to help you better hold whatever it is you are experiencing right now. I see adults, couples, children and I also facilitate groups. I use modalities such as attachment-focused EMDR and IFS which can help us open doors our cognitive minds don't see. Clients describe me as warm, humorous, and calming. My style is relational and trauma-informed.
I really believe that the quality of our relationships is the main predictor of a full and satisfying life. Usually the things preventing us from quality relationships were helpful in the past. I hope therapy is a chance to understand your essential relationship: the one between you and yourself. If any of this resonates, I would love to connect with you.
