For marital/relationship therapy and individual therapy I use a synthesis of various dynamic therapies chiefly InterAnalytic; Gestalt; ISTDP; Self-Psychology; Family Systems and behavioral interventions. The nature of the therapy depends on you and your partner. Who you are, what you need. After 10-20 sessions the majority of clients in my practice have reported significant positive change.
