At the end of the day, most, if not all of us want to feel a sense of safety, inner peace, and freedom. Traumas at all stages of life rob us of these basic needs, and can instead make us feel anxious, depressed, and unmotivated. I will work with you to uncover the parts inside that long to feel safe, joyous, and free. While these parts may feel far away, together, we will get in touch with them.

My approach is greatly informed by my training in somatic modalities, internal family systems, attachment theory, humanistic approaches, and EMDR. What this means is that I show up as my authentic self with my clients rather than a neutral entity reciting “and how does that make you feel.”
