I work with thoughtful, creative adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, trauma, grief, and creative blocks. My style is warm, engaged, and direct. I believe therapy works best as a real relationship—one built on honesty, curiosity, and trust. Together, we’ll explore the deeper patterns shaping your life, strengthen your connection to yourself and others, and create space for meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and attachment-based, informed by an understanding of how trauma impacts both mind and body. I integrate insight-oriented therapy with emotional attunement, somatic awareness, and practical reflection. Therapy with me is active and collaborative—we explore not just what’s wrong, but what’s possible.
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if previous experiences felt unhelpful or surface-level. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start.
