Hi, my name is Rebecca! I work with neurodivergent adults from a solution focussed approach. My approach is catered to help ADHD and Autistic adults learn ways to cope with the demands of work, parenting and juggling life in general!
I love working with neurodivergent women of all ages! Together we will identify your sensory needs, recognise overstimulation, and establish your boundaries. We will take the time to reflect on neurotypical people-pleasing tendencies and I will guide you in making positive changes and living an authentic life.
