About
I enjoy working clinically with a diverse range of groups, however, I have a particular interest in trauma, grief, relationship issues, anxiety, life transitions (such as separation), personality disorders (e.g. Borderline Personality Disorder and those who are managing difficult relationships with narcissistic personalities), and religious trauma and/or traumatic abuse from cults.
I provide a warm, emotion-focused approach when working with clients. I primarily work from a psychodynamic approach (Conversational Model) however also regularly work using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and schema therapy. I tailor my approach depending on your preference and needs.
I can be reached via email and bookings can be made at www.vidatelehealthpsychology.com.au. I accept Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP) and self-managed NDIS referrals. With a MHCP and the Medicare rebate, the out-of-pocket fee per session is approximately $80.
