I am a clinical psychologist that enjoys working with a diverse range of groups. My main areas of experience and expertise include helping those managing difficult relationships with narcissistic or high conflict personalities, trauma, including PTSD and Complex-PTSD and personality disorders, specifically those with Borderline Personality Disorder.
Additionally, I work across areas including domestic violence, grief, and individuals with serious health conditions including cancer.
I provide a warm, emotion-focused approach when working with clients. I utilise a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and exposure based approaches to trauma including Prolonged Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
I can be reached via email and phone. I accept Mental Health Treatment Plans (MHTP), private clients, and self-managed NDIS referrals. With a MHTP, clients are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $141.85 making the out-of-pocket fee per session approximately $79.
