Caregiver Job Fit Test

30 minutes

Considering a career as a caregiver? It takes a particular type of person to succeed in this challenging but rewarding career of compassion and responsibility. A caregiver must have excellent interpersonal skills, a courteous and pleasant attitude, and the ability to work well in stressful and physically demanding circumstances. This test assesses whether the personality traits and skills you possess match those required to excel in this field. It will identify your strengths, as well as the areas you may need to improve upon.

This test is made up of two types of questions: scenarios and self-assessment. For each scenario, answer according to how you would most likely behave in a similar situation. For the self-assessment questions, indicate the degree to which the given statements apply to you. Answer the questions in this test carefully, and be aware that there are measures in place that are intended to pick up attempts to misrepresent oneself, or to answer untruthfully. In actual pre-employment settings, if there is an indication that the test-taker is being dishonest or taking the test carelessly, the results might be considered invalid.

After finishing this test you will receive a FREE snapshot report with a summary evaluation and graph. You will then have the option to purchase the full results for $14.95
