I provide therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing life difficulties, providing a professional, safe environment for those seeking understanding, answers, resolution, and improving quality of life. My clinical experience includes various settings: community mental health, behavioral health and substance abuse residential treatment, foster care, crisis intervention, in-home services.

I believe connection to self & others is central to human life. As a result, I prioritize cultivating a secure, therapeutic relationship characterized by safety, authenticity, & consistency. From this base, I have the honor of supporting clients as they foster a deep level of restoration & growth. I have worked with a variety of individuals across multiple settings, guiding them on a healing journey from familial/relational dysfunction, grief/loss, attachment wounds, & various forms of dependency (chemical & process), among other things.

One of my greatest passions involves helping people through various transitions of life. I offer therapy in the area of Grief, Loss, Substance Use Disorders, Trauma, Behavioral Addictions, and Spiritual Direction. I believe our mental health is intricately connected to our emotional and spiritual well-being. There are times we find ourselves choosing unhealthy coping tools to redirect self-defeating, self-loathing, and self-sabotaging thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through a multi-disciplined approach I'll help you identify those negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and reconnect to the emotions you've grown numb to.

I am accepting new supervisees for licensure in MS & TN, in addition to any EMDR trained therapist needing consultation or working towards certification. I believe in a tailored approach to meet clients where they are and work together to develop a road map for his or her journey through change. I specialize in using a combination of EMDR with mindfulness, Ego State Therapy, CBT/DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Expressive Art Therapy to assist clients in the healing process. I have experience working with dual-diagnosis population in both individual and group settings.
