About
Rachel Held Evans wrote that "we live inside an unfinished story." Are you lacking clarity about what you want to do with your life? Did you have a difficult or confusing childhood, and now struggle with connection to others? Did you experience a traumatic event or relationship that has been difficult to overcome on your own? Do you struggle in relationships and wonder why you have the same problems time and time again? Do you have a chronic illness and experience the emotional pain, disappointment, and despair it can bring? If any of this resonates with you, I can help you write the rest of your story.
Through a variety of modalities including talk therapy, somatic work, and EMDR, I am able to assist my clients. My specialties include trauma, co-dependency, relationship issues, women’s issues, survivors of religious trauma, survivors of high control groups, spiritual issues, chronic health related disorders, life transitions, LGBTQ+ support, and addiction.
I am continually amazed by the resiliency of the human spirit. Helping people witness their inner strength through kind and compassionate connection is at the core of what I do. It is my hope that you will find the right fit with a mental health professional, and if you feel like that person might be me, I look forward to hearing from you. (Email preferable)
