As a licensed professional counselor in practice for almost a decade, I am trained and qualified to treat individuals dealing with most mental health and emotional disorders, but I specialize in anxiety and related difficulties, such as depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (Cert. no. 902544). I have worked extensively with adolescents and adults dealing with the traumatic aftermath of emotionally and physically abusive family environments. I also work with a good number of artists, musicians and other creative types.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, REBT, Rogerian person centered, Jungian Psychology, Anger Resolution Therapist. I accept insurance. I am also an LCDC substance abuse counselor. I provide guidance counseling and aim to create self awareness, build coping skills, identify self-defeating patterns of behavior, identify negative coping and faulty patterns of belief, thinking errors, etc. My therapy amounts to CBT & eclectic, psychoanalytic and psychodynamic approaches, that in my 15 years of experience, has shown to be effective treatment that creates positive results for clients.

I plan to work and incorporate holistic and integrative care with individuals, couples, and families by assessing and addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. I am a genuine counselor meeting clients where they are and moving them forward towards growth and healing. I believe there is strength in human connections and encourage others towards the goals set in counseling.
